TMS developed a revolutionary branding system for Fracs, moving beyond conventional design to create a family of distinctive brand ambassadors. The strategy was built around the “Fruit Fusion Personality”—a bold visual concept where each character’s eyes are replaced by its core fruit (Orange, Kiwi, Lychee), delivering immediate recognition and a playful, unconventional identity.
The system was executed using a flat, modern illustration style combined with a high-impact monochromatic color palette drawn directly from each fruit. This ensured visual clarity, consistency, and strong shelf and screen presence.
The result was a highly versatile and scalable character universe that resonated strongly with a young, modern audience. Deployed seamlessly across digital platforms and packaging, the system established Fracs as a unique, visually dominant brand within a crowded market.
